feat/calibration: 对接后端接口和调整界面

- 添加了获取默认断路器标准参数和标定参数接口
- 实现了方案的添加、编辑、删除等api操作
- 实现参数精度提交之前的回填
- 增加了与后端API的交互，支持数据的加载和保存
